Can't download the Windows exe file

Windows will not let me download the .exe file.
Is it possible to zip it in an archive?

i guess the app is made with the best intentions, but is using some very unsafe library's
it makes unwanted connections to external server, some of them are blacklisted.

MS Defender isalso kicking this version off my W11 PC. It looks like the @jziolkowski it looks liek the latest version of the pyinstaller resolved the problem. Is it possible to rebuild the Windows exe?
