Video output flashing when multiple process conducted

Describe the bug
the output video appears flashing after multiple transformation(two times, Real-ESRGAN and RIFE).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.apply any transformation on a video, better with large area of pure colour, except white;
2.apply RIFE on the output video of previous step;
3.you will see the video flashing.

Expected behavior
The brightness of output video will not fluctuate. no flashing.
Actual behavior
The brightness of output video will fluctuate significantly.
