--out-ap-field option missing from ap-field branch of GLIMPSE2?

Hello,

I’m following Section 4 of the README, which says: ... Please download and compile the ap option branch (as this provides the necessary inputs for MetaGLIMPSE) (https://github.com/odelaneau/GLIMPSE/tree/ap-field). This is a modified version of the standard GLIMPSE2 code....

I believe I downloaded and compiled that branch of GLIMPSE2, but I get the following error:

Error parsing command line arguments: unrecognised option '--out-ap-field'

I also can’t find --out-ap-field anywhere in that branch’s code. Is it possible the relevant updates haven’t been pushed to the ap-field branch?

We also modified the code to make it work with > 3 panels. Would you like me to open a PR and share our updates?
