Handheld : Highlighting on by default

Tried it on an iPad: Highlighting must be on by default for these devices, because there is no highlighting-on-button.
Alternative: Show the button for this view as well, but needs to be well visible at first glance.

On mobile devices the highlighting is already on by default.
