Test App using Electron, React, Tailwind, and Wavesurfer.js

Hello to all,
New to the library, I just made a training app on Electron.
The purpose of it is to test and demonstrate.

Just willing to share the efforts, not really my efforts but if you want to use Electron, react, and wavesurfer.js it can be useful I guess.

And if you think some things could be ameliorated, please share.
