why doesn't my version look anything like yours?

I followed your instructions and my interface looks very different than yours. Also, the K1, K2, P1, and P2 parameters do absolutely nothing.

Any idea what's wrong?

For me as well the distortion parameters were not working as expected (python/package versions maybe??).
To fix it:
In the file vcam.py (installed in the venv) line 27: self.KpCoeff = np.array([0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0]) -> self.KpCoeff = np.array([0.,0.,0.,0.,0.,0.,0.,0.])
It has to be floats, otherwise it's either 0 or 1 and we see distortion only when the cursor is at the max value...
