Projects that are not present in the current filter are not suggested in auto-fill

Describe the bug

Projects that are not in the current report are not available for auto completion

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a report like next
2. Modify a task, example "Name of task" -> "Name of task" project:gard <TAB>
3. The project field will not autocomplete to project:garden unless another task is present in the same report with the project set to garden

Waiting task with project test:

Trying to modify task in the (status:pending) filter with project:, project:test is not auto-completed:
