Create alternatives for different screen shapes/CIQ version

If we want this app to support more devices, then we will have to look into creating alternative versions that have lower SDK requirements (3.0.0 is fine - but not everyone is that lucky!) and create new layouts for non-round screen shapes.

So far, requests have fallen into one of two buckets - either supporting round 218x218px (for example, the Garmin 5S, Fenix 3) or the semi-round 215x180px (FR235, FR630) screens. The problem is that a lot of those latter and some of the former are also stuck on CIQ1.X, so any such accommodations would also require a lot more testing. No requests yet for the rectangular screens.
