The Read Aloud icon is always the red speakerphone icon. What you see there is probably some other feature or extension. Sorry, I don't have any suggestions. |

Thanks! I can leave with it although the voices are so robotic. Do you know
a way to update the voices.

I successfully disabled and removed the extension Read Aloud, but Read Aloud Widget shows up when I activate the Reader view in Firefox search box. I had removed it in the Extensions Manager, Firefox 134.0.
Any suggestions are appreciated I am a returning Linux user but that was long ago when Ubuntu was fairly new and much had to be done via terminal. I am not a coder, so I went back to Windows.
