Issue template specifically for documentation issues #114
Description
It would be nice to have an issue template with which users can tell us succinctly that they were looking for some how to do X but couldn't find it. It should also contain where they were expecting to find this, to see if things could be improved by simply moving around (or potentially duplicating information).
