Support Quick Skip Forward/Back in tvOS

Skipping forward/back 10 seconds using the Apple TV remote is a convenient playback feature supported in most other apps. Please implement support for this feature.

I use KSPlayer in the Vidi tvOS app, if it matters.

So I'm using the 2nd generation remote and discovered if I lightly tap the edge of the track pad it works, but if I actually click the edge it doesn't. So the issue may just be supporting 2nd gen remotes. The behavior for 2nd gen remotes in all other apps is clicking at the edge of the track pad.

你是用tvos18吗？ 目前发现tvos18上的遥控器，点击无法生效，只能用滑动。tvOS 17 就不会有这个问题
