The ability to specify iCloud sync is available on keys and should also be available on passwords.

I propose the addition of a set_access_synchronized entry to PasswordOptions to provide this ability. I will submit a PR.

I note that it's currently possible to apply PasswordOptions to generic password operations, but not internet password operations. Thus my PR will not affect internet password operations. If someone files a bug requesting this feature be extended to internet password operations, I'm happy to fix that bug.
