KubeCon EU Maintainer Summit 2026 - Team Staffing

Describe the issue

The 2025 EU Maintainer Summit in Amsterdam will need staffing for its roles and shadows.
This Maintainer Summit will be held at:
RAI Amsterdam
Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands

Summit staff will need to work together to determine a regular weekly meeting time.

Event Leads will be @mfahlandt, with an open shadow position.
The emeritus advisor is @kaslin

We will also need shadows that could potentially take on leading those roles in the future. Roles and shadows will be listed below when they are filled out. With limited exception, shadows must have Kubernetes org membership. Shadows will be accepted at the discretion of the lead.
Leads are still responsible for accepting shadows for their area. Leads will inform me of their Shadows and I will update the issue.

The Meet & Greet Lead must attend KubeCon EU in person. For other positions,
