Remove any references to the older "community meeting" #8822

This issue is a follow-up to the discussion in kubernetes/contributor-site#643.
The "Kubernetes Community Meeting" has not occurred for several years. However, there are still references to this defunct meeting within the kubernetes/community repository.
Since k8s.dev consumes content from this repository, these outdated references are appearing in search results and confusing new contributors looking for meeting information.
Proposed Changes
- Search for and remove references to the "Community Meeting" in the documentation.
