PVC Claim for OpenShift on AWS

In continuation to #14, please extend the PVC support for OpenShift running on AWS

• Adjust documentation
• Adjust Helm charts if necessary
  In general do the minimum required changes to provide such support.

• STS-cluster particularities added to EFS OpenShift particularities #20.
• They still requires additional testings due they are quite complicated (basing on the official RHEL docs [1], [2])
• but I think they can be merged if they are urgent till 52.0.0 release.
• Alternatively only non-STS cluster particularities could be merged for now in EFS OpenShift particularities #20, while new PR for STS ones can be created.

Please let me know how to proceed better here
