Hi, Kunlun. I'm quite interested in trying UniFORM for our multiplex immunofluorescence (CellDIVE). The readme says an update is coming soon. Do you have a timeline for that? Thanks for the great work!

Hi @adamksavage I apologize for the delay, the the feature-level normalization module is available along with example tutorial now. The pixel-level normalization module and more instructions and documentations will be added in the coming days.

Any chance there may be an update on the pixel-based normalization tutorial? The feature-based tutorial was extremely helpful and useful, and now I need to try it on my raw images. Doesn't need to be super polished, anything that can get me going would be appreciated. Thanks!
