Pokemon Platinum - Spiritomb & Hallowed Tower

Hello!

I've been playing Platinum and I've gone through the event flags looking for anything related to Spiritomb, Odd Keystones or Hallowed Tower.
I found an event flag for Hallowed Tower but it's only Activated/Deactivated and I see nothing about enabling the Spiritomb encounter.

I tried editing the values for the underground encounters but this doesn't seem to trigger Spiritomb. Could someone tell me if I've missed something? Thank you!

I'm using the latest released version of PKHeX.

So I've just definitely missed the Spiritomb flag in the event flags?

Ah I found the flag, it's currently "Current Players Interacted Underground" in English. Thank you!
