More newbee friendly docs

I know that django-healthchecks does only implement the server part.

It would help newbees if you provide some hints how to integrate this into a monitoring environment.

Which tools could be used to call the checks?

This really depends on your environment.

For instance, these endpoints can be used by:

• Your load balancer to see whether the backend is available
• Kubernetes Pods as liveness probe URL
• haproxy as httpchk
• custom nagios/monit solutions
