Problem to deploy on version 1.6.9

I ran a deploy with wagtail 2fa with this error appear :

AttributeError at /
'VerifyUserMiddleware' object has no attribute '_verify_user'

I fixed the error adding a extra dependency in requirements.txt

django-otp==1.6.1
wagtail-2fa==1.6.9

```
