Account Type: Associated Token Account

• Menu item in account type drop-down
• Item in account auto-complete
• src/components/client/accounts/type-config/AtaTypeConfig
  • One field: mint
• useAccountType should get the associated account
• Prompt if the account does not exist, to create it
