Support for Notifications and Progress sent from the MCP server #435
Description
Basically opening a issue to get notifications from the server when there is a tool changes or other resource changed.
I see that this functionality is already present in the javascript SDK.
I can not link to the specific section, but on javascript mcp-adapter docs on the Notifications and Progress section is supported.
