Feature Request: Add Open WebUI as a Global Model Provider

Following the request in #12471 about adding LiteLLM as a Global Model Provider, I would also like to ask if Open WebUI could be added as a supported global provider in Langflow.

Open WebUI is commonly used as a central interface/gateway for managing models and OpenAI-compatible endpoints. Being able to configure it once in the Global Model Providers section would make it easier to reuse across flows, avoid duplicated configuration, and support Knowledge Base workflows through models exposed by Open WebUI.

Ideally, Open WebUI could support as well openai compatible protocole:

• Base URL configuration
• API key configuration
• Model selection
• Compatibility with existing LLM components and Knowledge Base features

This would be very useful for teams using Open WebUI as their centralized model access layer.
