Ensure that all reference trajectories in .txt files are in .mos files

This issue is to add a test for the regression testing of Modelica libraries that issues an error if a reference results has a time series, but it is not requested in the .mos file.

This is to avoid issues such as lbl-srg/modelica-buildings#4260
