Can not intall the libary in pyCharm

Hello, i tried to install the libary in pycharm to work via micropyhton and esp.

What can i do? The error is:

ERROR: file://C:\Users\marti\Downloads does not appear to be a Python project: neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.

I installed manually. But everytime a get a ssd1306 modul error, also without using the display
