Stop hook does not include an assistant message

The current content you get from the Stop hook is super bare-bones, can we make it easier to use? Perhaps something closer to how Claude Code does it.

1. Added assistant_message field to StopHookInput interface in types.ts
2. Updated runStopHooks function to accept and pass the new parameter
3. Updated App.tsx to extract the last assistant message from buffers
4. Added test to verify the new field is included in the payload
