Add new Salary fields to the demo feed

The docs mention that new salary fields (`salaryRange`) etc. are to be rolled out. Would it be possible to add these to the demo feed ie. https://api.lever.co/v0/postings/leverdemo  Or failing that, an example of the JSON that is output? This would help us to be ready for when we see these new fields in feeds. Thanks.
