This is referring to the list here: https://asjp.clld.org/languages/PUNJABI_MAJHI
There are several errors. Going in order:
- I: maĩ — final vowel is nasalized, this should be indicated somehow
- you: tū̃ — the word tūsī̃ given is plural despite the guidelines asking for singular "you"
- we: asī — the spelling given does not show the nasalized vowel. the second version given is in the oblique case and unnecessary
- person: ādmī — vowel lengths should be indicated. banda is a loan word from Persian, not native, so all three of the words given are loan words. the native word is lok which would translate to "people" since it is a collective noun.
- louse: jū̃ — long nasal vowel should be indicated
- tree: darakhat — the word for tree is pronounced with an aspirate, not x, and with stress on the second syllable as in da-RAKH-at. it is a Persian loanword despite not being marked as one. the native word is rukh.
- leaf: pattar — patta and pattar both mean leaf, and patta is more common, but if this list is really for the Majhi dialect, the Majhi word is specifically pattar.
- blood: ratt — the common word for blood is ratt. lau does not mean blood. khūn is a Persian loan word and not common compared to ratt.
- bone: haḍḍī — retroflex consonants and long vowel need to be distinguished
- nose: nakk — nakks is not a real word. nose is nakk
- tongue: jhīb — I don't really know why "T" is being used for all of j, jh, c, and ch here, but besides that this word is a loan from Hindi. The other common word, zaban, is also a loan from Persian. whatever the native word was has been entirely replaced
- drink: pīṇā (vowel length + retroflexion, just going to give a transcription for the rest like this)
- see: vekhṇā
- hear: suṇanā
- come: auṇā (ana does not exist in Punjabi, that is a Hindi verb)
- sun: sūraj
- star: tārā
- path: pandh — saṛak means road not path
- mountain: koh — this is a Persian loan word. the word given par means wing not mountain
- night: rāt
- full: bharia — the words given do not mean full
