SSHFS 2.6

No significant changes to the last release, merely a new maintainer and some cleanups.

SSHFS 2.5 (and older)

This "release" includes both the current version (2.5) and tarballs for all prior releases (because there doesn't seem to be a way to automatically import them into separate releases).
