Add force bind to interface

When using VPN or VPN like services, app hangs on 127.0.0.1. it should be possible to force bind to address of VPN

I'm in case forcing all traffic through WireGuard and my WireGuard server instance have correctly forwarded ports.

I would also like to know how can I access my Linux PC WebUI from my tablet browser over WiFi. I want to be able to watch something with TorrServe without the need to download. TIA.
