Screenshot doesn't help much, you cant see what happened. Twice while entering a 2nd line of text below "Regenerate Cascadia" my typing was cleared and the cursor jumped to the end of the first line. The text on the first line is "Regenerate Cascadia-" followed by a shift return on the mac. The bug deletes everything back to and including the "-"
