Allow multiple site plotting in `plot_profiles`

Currently, you can only plot a single site. Should make this so that multiple sites can go in same panel, so instead of having two lines (source, sample), you have multiple lines and a legend showing which lines belong to which sites. 

Alternatively, you could have a panel for every sample-source combination, and order them in some useful way.
