Improved application assignment for multiple users

Could it be added to the application list to be able to make desired applications available to specific accounts.

This would make it much easier rather than having to sign in as each account then adding the application as new and reduces wasted time in having to update multiple accounts if an IP changes or an app becomes dynamic, like a one-to-many workflow.
