Description

The Environment zero-page in ChaosCenter is not consistent with the zero-pages for Probes and Experiments. To improve consistency and UX, we need to update the Environment zero-page with proper visuals, title styling, and a descriptive subheading.

Location

ChaosCenter → Environment section → Zero-page (when no environment is present)

Proposed changes

1. Add an image to the zero-page similar to the ones in Probes and Experiments zero-pages.
   Here is the image

2. Update the title font size for the main heading:
   "No Environment Found"
3. Add a subheading with a definition for the zero-page (replace with the current one)

   An environment represents where you are installing your chaos infrastructure and acts as an additional level of abstraction for the same.

4. Ensure styling, alignment, and spacing are consistent with zero pages for Probes and Experiments.
