Once PR #4170 is merged, proceed to remove src/llama_stack/core/prompts/prompts.py
💡 What is the benefit of addressing this technical debt?
PR #4170 defines an inline and remote prompt provider. With that, the existing prompt.py implementation is maintained for backward compatibility until removed.
