Describe the bug
Sometimes we'll equip TCB for getting the familiar equipment, but then that progress will get overwritten because it will sometimes be equipped when trying to charge an experience familiar

To Reproduce
Have marginal familiars that are high enough value for both an experience familiar and a TCB familiar to be used at the same time. This usually happens with free runs because TCB works with free runs.

Expected behavior
WE do not equip TCB for experience familiars when currently charging up a TCB equipment drop

Additional context
We probably fix this by blacklisting TCB for familiars that aren't the currently charging TCB equipment drop familiar, if we currently have one charging.
