remove package-manager dependency #45

it's currently being used because main_ui is subscribing to its events https://github.com/logos-co/logos-app-poc/blob/master/logos_dapps/main_ui/src/MainUIBackend.cpp#L74
however we can move that event to the package manager ui instead and simplify this
