go to next loading zone when the previous one is full

perhaps there is already a solution but unfortunately I didn't know how to get it work.

The casus, I want to load bales in a tipper, so I set 2 loading zones, 1 inside the tipper and one on top of the tipper, to create some overhang.
When the (small) bales are being loaded, it is doing one layer in the first loading zone, and then one layer in the second loading zone.
Because of the different widths of both loading zones, this is creating a mess. (see picture)

Is it possible to give an argument to go to the next loading zone when the first one is full?
(actually I have 3 loading zones, 2 in the tipper and one on top, so I would like to go the 3rd loading zone after the first 2 are full)

I can't remember exact details for FS22 version since I have spent so long now on the FS25 conversion. However, I'm fairly sure this isn't really possible. The logic assumes that loading zones have a firm base and that anything you load there will stay put. You could try using the overlapping zones flag (see pickup for an example), but generally trying to load things wider than the vehicle base is not recommended.

Overhang on a flat based trailer is fine as long as it is less than half of the smallest dimension of the things you are going to load.

From the first image it looks like you are trying to load small bales so that they overhang above the sides of the trailer, so there is nothing to stop them falling down into the middle.

If you change to "stack" mode instead of "layer", then it might work how you want, but only with very specific bale sizes where they happen to fill the full height of the lower loading zone. You are always going to have the risk that things will not stack unless they are loaded onto a flat surface.
