Extend ToggleSawdustEvent for all serverOnly settings

I will add this now:

I think the ToggleSawdustEvent might need to be extended for the other serverOnly settings, so that the maxWoodchips and the foliage delete area get synced as well.

Added for booleans only (the name is "toggle" after all), but need solution for other variable types. I need to think about this a bit more..
