Loris needs new maintainers #542
Description
The two current maintainers of Loris are @bcail and @alexwlchan (myself), and we agreed to review issues and pull requests because we were running Loris in production. We’re no longer using Loris, and so we’re stepping back from maintaining it.
This means issues and pull requests will not be reviewed until somebody else volunteers to maintain Loris.
