Description

lowRISC included arm toolchains since 3.3.25 (https://github.com/lowRISC/lowrisc-toolchains/releases), causing get-toolchain.py to install the arm toolchain, even when not on an arm platform. It is currently required to manually install the correct version to work on another platform.
