fix milimeter spelling #103
Description
Not sure if this is in the official schema, but in BLE's copy of Metabase, I found "millimeter" spelled "milimeter" in EMLUnitDictionary for these rows:
milimeterPerDay
milimeterPerMonth
The missing "l" should be added in the "id" and "name" columns.
