suggest ListTaxonomicProviders rename EMLTaxonomicProviders

Li suggests that we follow the convention of tables containing mostly network-wide or common-arcoss-network content be EMLThing and site-specific content be ListThing, that we apply that convention to the TaxonmicProviders table.

I agree with Li. But I'll let An decide since it is her table. Rename it EMLTaxonomicProviders?

I realize these EMLThing and ListThing categories of tables are blurry defined, as several contain some of both. We were thinking to not pre-populate the ListThing tables but I suggest it is useful to pre-populate the EMLThing tables.

I can go either way. I'd recommend that whatever prefix we go with for Taxonomic Providers, we apply the same to Keyword Thesauri. To me thesauri are about the same level of site-customizability, perhaps even a bit above taxo providers.

Good point. I agree Keyword Thesauri are in the same category.
