[Above-Below Synchrony] Support SPARC Group

Summary

The Above-Belowground Synchrony and Coupling SPARC group was funded in 2025 with their first in-person meeting taking place sometime in the following year. Tasks related to supporting this group will have the "story" type and--where possible--will be created as sub-issues of this issue.
