[Material Legacy] Support SPARC Group #78

Summary
The Material Legacy Effects SPARC group was funded in 2025 with their first in-person meeting taking place sometime in the following year. Tasks related to supporting this group will have the "story" type and--where possible--will be created as sub-issues of this issue.
