Hypothesis should be installed with `hypothesis[pytz]` for timezone aware datetimes. See [extras](https://hypothesis.readthedocs.io/en/latest/extras.html). This affects `xsd_type_strategy_mapping` especially. The whole Hypothesis testing_tools section needs revision anywas, see also #13.
