Adding dav2d support

Hi,

It could be great to have the dav2d library support now that the official AV2 specifications have been released.

Heh, beat me to it 👍 Just a couple of nitpicks: libavif doesn't include support for dav2d yet, so the [[ $libavif = y ]] condtion would lead dav2d to be built even when it's not needed or enabled explicitly if libavif is enabled. Also, ffmpeg doesn't have dav2d support committed yet, so the enabled libdav2d condition won't really matter or work until that option is added to ffmpeg's configure script.

True, except for the libavif condition, which would build dav2d (currently) even if it's disabled so long as libavif is enabled. I'll probably enable/build it anyway and can fix just about any issues I run into with it, so I don't personally care, but (imo) the suite should only build what it's configured to build along with any needed dependencies rather than building something that isn't required (or desired, if dav2d is disabled).

To put it another way, if libavif is enabled and dav2d won't compile for some reason, it'll halt the build with an error even if dav2d = y is false, which would be a bug since it's not required for libavif and is essentially a standalone library/binary right now that nothing depends on.
