Multi-platform images

My use case is on linux/arm64, but the image here is just for amd64. Would you consider building multi-platform images? Just like the official image do.
The buildx provide this ability.

I don't know if something changed in the meantime, but I deployed this image on an Ubuntu 22.04.3 arm64 VPS without any build errors.

Edit/Clarification: I pulled this repository and build it directly on arm64, deploying the image from dockerhub does not work.

I find that offical image currently support http3, it works since 1.25.
