Youtube iframe missing referrerpolicy

So i see at some client that iframe of youtube video is missing

"referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin""

and so it is blocked (Youtube error 153). If same video is added as embed html it works.

Can yomebody tell me how is best to fix this?

i did quick fix (vendor/magento/module-page-builder/Model/Filter/Template.php) as content was already in db without refferrpolicy..

Added too filter function
