Link broken in security patch note

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version: 2.4.5-p16
• Anything else that would help a developer reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce

I am currently using 2.4.5-p14 open source version. However, according to the following link, it asks me to install 2.4.5-p16 for security update, but I could not find 2.4.5-p16 version at all:

Also, "2.4.9-beta1 release notes" link under "Installation Instructions" is broken. This link needs to be fixed as well.

Expected result

2.4.5-p16 should be availble for download

Magento 2.4.5 is in extended support and got its latest open source release back in August 2025: 2.4.5-p14.
See https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-operations/release/planning/lifecycle-policy?lang=en#extended-support for more info. Pay attention to the columns 'End of regular support' and 'End of extended support', the first one indicates end of releases for open source, and the second one indicates end of releases for customers that purchased an extended support extension, which isn't available for open source but only for Adobe Commerce.
So I would recommend you to upgrade to Magento 2.4.8-p4 and don't stick with 2.4.5 as it no longer receives security fixes since last year.

To the documentation team: to avoid confusion, it wouldn't be a bad idea to update the security bulletins with some kind of indication about versions in extended support, so people are less confused when they can't seem to find a certain version that's mentioned there.

And indeed, the link to the 2.4.9-beta1 release notes is incorrect, it should point to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-operations/release/notes/adobe-commerce/2-4-9 instead of https://experienceleague-review.corp.adobe.com/docs/commerce-operations/release/notes/adobe-commerce/2-4-9.html
