Broken Link to LICENSE.md in README

The README file in the main branch contains a link to the LICENSE.md file, but the link is currently broken, leading to a 404 error page. This may cause confusion for users who want to review the licensing information.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the README file in the main branch.
2. Click on the link pointing to the LICENSE.md file.

Expected Behavior:

The link should open the LICENSE.md file, displaying the license details.

Actual Behavior:

Clicking the link directs users to a 404 error page that states:

"The main branch of portfolio does not contain the path LICENSE.md."
